How can I get help and assistance?

If you need help or can’t find the information you’re looking for, there are a few different ways to reach out to us:

  1. Our Knowledge Base: Before reaching out, we encourage you to explore our knowledge base! It’s packed with loads of helpful information with everything to get you started on day one, right through to site status information.
    (In the event you haven’t been able to find your answer, let us know so we can create a new one!)
  2. Contact Us Form: For quick questions, feel free to use the Contact Us form on our Ozstream website.
  3. Support Ticket: If you’re having an issue with your Ogotrix Account or GigBridge Profile, it’s best to raise a Support Ticket through the Account area of your Ogotrix product portal. This helps us track your issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. (You’ll need to be logged in to your account to raise a support ticket.)
  4. Call Us: If you’d prefer to speak to someone, you can call our office at 02 5114 4525, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. If we can’t take your call right away and it goes to voicemail, don’t worry—leave a message, and it will be sent to us via email, and we’ll get back to you promptly.
