Profile Tab – Reviews (and Ratings)
Important Note: While we aimed to have the Reviews feature ready for the soft launch, we might have been a tad ambitious with our timeline.
Without making any promises, we hope to activate this feature as part of the pilot launch in February 2025.
Here’s how it will work once activated:
- Post-Booking Reviews: 24 hours after a booking confirmation, both the Performer and the Venue will receive a notification inviting them to rate and review the other party.
- Ratings: Each party can leave a rating between 1 to 5 stars, contributing directly to the profile’s average score – helping other users get a quick sense of past experiences.
- Review Control: While the star rating will always count toward the overall score, the written review will be able to be vetted by the recipient. They can choose to show or hide the review on their profile, giving users a bit of control over what’s displayed.
- Feedback Etiquette: We’re all about building each other up, so we ask everyone to be fair and positive with their feedback. A 5-star review isn’t always expected, but we all have the power to keep the vibes constructive and encouraging.
