How do I raise a support ticket to report an issue or bug?

  2. If you’re already logged in, navigate to your Account to raise a Support Ticket.
  3. Provide Details:
    Fill out the form with all the details about the issue or bug you’re experiencing. The more information you provide, the quicker we can resolve it!
  4. Submit the Ticket:
    Once you’ve filled in the details, submit the support ticket, and our team will get to work on resolving the issue as soon as possible.
