What privacy controls do I have over my profile?
Updated12 October 2024

GigBridge offers several privacy controls to help you manage what information is visible to others on your profile.
Here’s how you can control your privacy settings:
- Location Visibility:
- Performers: Your profile will only display your suburb location.
- Venues: Your profile will display the exact location of your venue.
- Email Address:
Both performers and venues can choose to display an email address. If you don’t want your email address visible to others, simply don’t add it to your profile. If you’ve already added one and no longer want it displayed, you can easily remove it. - Mobile Phone Number:
Similarly, both profile types have the option to show a mobile phone number. If you don’t want your phone number visible, just don’t add it to your profile. If it’s already there and you want to hide it, you can remove it at any time. - Profile Visibility:
If you know you’ll be unavailable for a period of time or simply want to hide your profile, you can control whether your profile is visible by publishing or unpublishing it. This gives you full control over when others can see your profile.
By managing these settings, you can maintain your privacy and control what information is shared with other users.
