How do close / cancel my profile or account?
We get it – sometimes, it’s time to say goodbye.
Though we’re a little sad to see you go, we’ve made the cancellation process just slightly easier than breaking up via text.
Here’s the thing: we only had enough budget to build the on-ramp for signing up, so the off-ramp for cancelling your profile is a bit more… manual.
But don’t worry! Follow these simple steps, and we’ll help you exit gracefully:
- Choose the Right Profile: If you have multiple profiles, make sure you’re in the one you want to delete. It’d be awkward if you cancelled the wrong one, right? Head to that specific profile first.
- Navigate to the ‘Help’ Drop-down: In the Menu Navigation Bar, find the ‘Help’ drop-down. Click it, and you’ll see the magical option: Delete Profile.
- We’ll Handle the Rest: Clicking “Delete Profile” sends a cancellation request straight to the Ozstream Admin Team. We’ll process this on the next business/working day and stop your subscription.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
- 72 Hours Notice: Where possible, please give us a three-day heads up. This helps us avoid the awkwardness of Stripe processing another payment.
- Where unavoidable, we’re happy to process a manual refund. It’s always easier for everyone if we can avoid these extra steps.
