How do close / cancel my profile or account?

We get it – sometimes, it’s time to say goodbye.

Though we’re a little sad to see you go, we’ve made the cancellation process just slightly easier than breaking up via text.

Here’s the thing: we only had enough budget to build the on-ramp for signing up, so the off-ramp for cancelling your profile is a bit more… manual.

But don’t worry! Follow these simple steps, and we’ll help you exit gracefully:

  1. Choose the Right Profile: If you have multiple profiles, make sure you’re in the one you want to delete. It’d be awkward if you cancelled the wrong one, right? Head to that specific profile first.
  2. Navigate to the ‘Help’ Drop-down: In the Menu Navigation Bar, find the ‘Help’ drop-down. Click it, and you’ll see the magical option: Delete Profile.
  3. We’ll Handle the Rest: Clicking “Delete Profile” sends a cancellation request straight to the Ozstream Admin Team. We’ll process this on the next business/working day and stop your subscription.

A couple of things to keep in mind:

  • 72 Hours Notice: Where possible, please give us a three-day heads up. This helps us avoid the awkwardness of Stripe processing another payment.
  • Where unavoidable, we’re happy to process a manual refund. It’s always easier for everyone if we can avoid these extra steps.
