How does Ozstream plan to launch GigBridge?

Ozstream has a phased approach for launching GigBridge, designed to ensure a smooth rollout while providing support and scaling as needed.

Here’s our plan:

• Phase 1: Soft Launch (October to December 2024)
  • Goal: Sign up 25 live music venues and 100 musicians.
  • Benefits: Provides ‘Concierge Level’ support to our early adopters, allowing us to closely assist with their onboarding and feedback.
• Phase 2: Pilot Launch (February to May 2025)
  • Goal: Sign up 200 live music venues and 800 musicians.
  • Benefits: Enables us to expand the GigBridge user base to the maximum load we know the platform can currently support.
• Phase 3: Steady-State (June to August 2025)
  • Goal: Analyse current usage trends and behaviours.
  • Benefits: Allows Ozstream to forecast future server demands, loads, and hosting costs required to support future growth.
• Phase 4: Version 1 Launch (September 2025 onwards)
  • Goal: Sign up 1000 users at a time (200 venues and 800 performers).
  • Benefits: GigBridge will be fully available for use throughout Australia.
