Call Out Posts are available to both Performer and Venue Profiles on GigBridge, offering a way to reach out, connect, and collaborate within the creative and performing arts industry.

Whether you’re a performer looking for collaborators or a venue looking to spread the word about an upcoming event, a Call Out Post is the perfect tool to engage with your GigBridge community.

Once a Call Out is posted, it becomes searchable by other users, making it easy for the right people to find and respond to your post.

Here’s what you need to know about Call Out Posts:

1. Who Can Post a Call Out?
   Both Performer and Venue Profiles can create Call Out Posts. This feature is perfect for performers seeking collaborators, or venues looking to announce special opportunities, events, or just network with the community.
2. Why Post a Call Out?
   Call Out Posts allow users to connect, network, and collaborate. Whether you’re looking to find a new bandmate, announce an event, or find like-minded creatives, this is where you let the community know what you’re up to and how they can get involved.
3. What Information Do You Include in a Call Out Post?
   Each Call Out post includes:
   • Title: Give your Call Out a catchy, clear title to grab attention.
   • Call Out Type: Clearly state who you’re calling out to.
   • Category + Subcategory: To help people narrow in on exactly what it is your putting out there.
   • Location: This is pre-set to your profile’s location and cannot be changed.
   • Price Point: Enter a price between $0 and $5,000.
   • Short Description: A brief heading that appears alongside the classified post.
   • Date Range: Select the date range for your Call Out to be active.
   • Description: Provide a detailed explanation of what you’re looking for—whether it’s a new gig, a collaboration, or help with a specific project.
4. How Does It Work?
   Once your Call Out is posted:
   • It becomes searchable by other users, allowing them to find and respond to your post.
   • You’ll receive messages through your inbox when users interact with your Call Out and would like to know more.
   • You can manage responses directly through your Messaging Icon, making it easy to start conversations and foster new connections.
5. Managing the Call Out
   If you’ve achieved your goal or no longer need the Call Out active, you can simply go to your post, view the details, and select Delete to remove it from being searchable. This way, you keep your profile up to date and only post active opportunities for the community.
