What’s Ozstream’s process for disputing financial transactions?
Updated12 October 2024
Views4
At Ozstream, we take financial matters seriously, and we want to ensure that any issues with your transactions are resolved quickly and smoothly.
We’re really quite reasonable people to deal with, so please approach us first – and not your bank!
If you notice a charge or payment that doesn’t seem right, here’s what you can do:
- Review the transaction: Double-check the payment details to ensure it wasn’t part of your regular subscription or a known charge.
- Contact us: If the charge still seems incorrect, get in touch through our Contact Us page, with the details of the transaction in question (such as date, amount, and any relevant information). Our support team will investigate the issue promptly.
- Resolution: We’ll review the transaction, get back to you within 5 business days, and work with you to resolve the issue, whether it’s a refund or correction.
If you have any questions or need assistance with payments, we’re here to help! Please get in touch with us the very first moment you have a concern!
